I'm Haley—the founder, lead photographer, and creative visionary behind the Collective.

This brand was built on a singular philosophy: the most breathtaking, cinematic photographs happen the exact moment you forget the camera is there.

My approach balances editorial direction with actual, real-human comfort. I know exactly when to step in to style a frame, and exactly when to step back so unscripted moments can unfold naturally. I'm endlessly drawn to luminous light, clean composition, and the chaotic, beautiful seconds that happen between the poses.

Whether I'm executing a meticulously planned surprise proposal, navigating the high-energy of an upscale wedding, or using a little dry wit to breeze you through those first few awkward minutes in front of my lens, the experience is designed to feel entirely effortless, collaborative, and refined.

Valentina is the calm behind my creative chaos and the person who somehow keeps both the Collective and me moving in the right direction. She manages our social media, joins me on select shoots to capture the moments happening behind the scenes, and keeps everything organized when my brain has approximately 47 tabs open.

With a background in business administration, sales, marketing, customer education, and business development, she has a natural gift for connecting with people, building genuine relationships, and finding creative ways to help a business grow. She's outgoing, endlessly curious, and genuinely loves learning the stories behind the people she meets—which makes her such a natural fit for everything we're creating here.

She brings a thoughtful, grounded energy everywhere she goes and has a way of making people feel instantly comfortable. She's my right hand, my voice of reason, and a huge part of what keeps the Collective running—and me sane.
